Rather than waiting 20 seconds in the hub where you choose your block, spawn all the hiders in the map along with the compass so they can run around for 20 seconds and choose their block in that time. If they don’t choose a block in the 20 seconds a random block will be chosen for them
That’s a nice idea bro I really like it but I think the reason there’s a hub is 1 to get more players to join and 2 so the map can load properly. Be sure to vote on your own suggestion 
I don’t think players can join after the game’s started and I did vote for it
