Idea:
I would like to be able to gift a 160 minecoins skin to my friend but unfortunately I can only buy regular costume that costs 310 so basically I pay 310 then just to gift a 160.

I don’t understand why it would not work so I’d like for it to be considered!

Giving this a bump as The Hive could introduce their new “token” system they use for hats to costumes as well. For 310 minecoins you purchase two tokens that you can either spend on one regular costume or two 160 minecoin costumes. 
I just found out that is is actually a duplicate suggestion but was the first post that come up when searching for this idea.
