Anti-cheat Time System

Many people have suggested different things to improve the Hive anti-cheat, but a general idea is thought a lot for a specific game that could apply to all games in general, a time-based anti-cheat.

By time-based, I mean that the anti-cheat decides if someone is hacking/cheating by the time it took them to do something. One example being a fly hacker finishes a Death Run map in less than 15 seconds, they automatically get punished, because that is blatant hacks.

This could be used to get rid of the blatant hackers, whom I believe make up a large part of the hackers on the Hive.

Some other ways this system could work are as follows:

• If someone breaks a treasure before you can gain 5 gold from a gold generator, they get automatically punished.

• If someone opens a supply drop way before it lands in Survival Games, they get automatically punished.

• If someone makes it to a certain point in a Hide and Seek map that is confirmed impossible to reach, they get automatically punished.

There are probably many other ways of using this system to find hackers, but these are just a few I came up with.

From my experience, you can’t open crates while in mid air, I tried it right before it landed, it just damages it as you are supposed to do with a bow to make it fall. But I agree with the others

I’m with this, if someone can destroy a treasure in under 20 seconds they are a hacker y’know, also they should make it so if anyone finishes a deathrun map in under 38 seconds they get banned no questions asked

I think I would prefer that if a person finish a DeathRun Map in less than 5/10 seconds from the WR (World Record), they automatically get punished. I see many fly hackers that finish like in 25/35 seconds.
Your system won’t punish them, and that’s unfair.

The Death Run thing was just a placeholder, I know it could be more.
