Android - Lobby - not be able to teleport to friend

What is the bug?
A friend on Android teleported from Asia to Europe, but when landed there, by doing /f and clicking my name, the “Join the server” option wasn’t displayed.

The friend who changed their region needs to relog to resolve this issue or you’ll have to reopen the menu. It looks like the menu might have been opened while the swap was being made.
