Add an off-topic channel to the Hive Discord

One of the rules of The Hive Discord is to Keep Chat on topic. It says, and I quote, “Avoid political, religious, or otherwise divisive topics. In topic and game-specific channels, chat should be kept on-topic.” But I usually see off-topic discussions in channels such as hive-chat and hive-plus. Therefore, I propose adding an off-topic channel.
Hive chat and hive plus don’t have a topic, they’re just regular chat channels
I believe that rule is in place for the game and media channels
But the rule specifically states to keep in topic channels, such as hive-chat and hive-plus, on topic. Meaning that anything conversed in those channels should be hive related, yet I see people talking about topics such as Star Wars and the Stanley Cup.

Hive’s new rank came out, and yet the only change we’ve seen on the Discord server is the channel #hive-plus being changed to #hive-lounge, so this topic still stands.
The Off-Topic channels are the hive-chat and hive-lounge channels. Unless you’re talking about an off-topic media channel, I don’t see the point of this suggestion.
