Add a /hacker command

Hello there :wave:
Since the anticheat system is not perfect,so I came out with this idea.

Idea:
Add a /hacker command

More info:
So when there is a hacker in game,you can just type /hacker in the chat it will alert one of the online admins/staff to look into this.

A report command will be added next as you can see here

also this is a duplicate suggestion

this is duplicated, use the :mag:

and before you say anything, /report and /hacker are the same thing

It’s a duplicate because a report command has been suggested many times and, as stated on those threads, you’re basically describing exactly what our upcoming report system will do :+1:t2:
