You can do this in custom servers, and I don’t think that this’ll be added to public games anytime soon. If you wanna play in this mode, do a custom server by doing /cs and selecting your setting 
Also make sure to put this in #suggestions:murder-mystery

I think there is an option to have as many murderers or sheriffs as you want in a cs
