What was affected: Death Run quest from Quest Master.

What is the bug?
Explanation of the bug: Quest Master quest for DR (Finish without dying 3 times in DeathRun)
It only updates 1 time.

The European region shows that 0 players are online and is stuck like that for about a week now!

Hey there,

Thanks for submitting a bug report. The issue with the Change Region menu has been logged and is being looked into. The quest bug was due to a configuration error which has now been fixed.
